You will represent the Ferrari brand and uphold its reputation for quality and luxury. Your role will involve maintaining product knowledge, following up with leads, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and more. Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing Ferrari’s, provide superior customer service throughout the purchasing process, and more.
  • Present pricing, close deals and complete paperwork
  • Prospect for new customers to expand business opportunities
  • Ensure each customer enjoys a premium buying experience
  • Maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Stay informed about the latest automotive trends and Ferrari product offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury automotive sales is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • A passion for luxury automobiles and the Ferrari brand.
