Guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, greet customers upon arrival, offer additional services and more.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, greet customers upon arrival, offer additional services, follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work, ensure customers are satisfied, and much more.
  • Build a positive rapport with customers, provide exceptional customer service, and assist customers in resolving inquiries and issues.
  • Meet and greet service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inspect vehicles and refer to service history to accurately identify and verify customer service needs.
  • Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and associated service requirements.
  • Provide accurate cost and time of completion estimates for the services recommended, communicate, and get proper authorization from customers.
  • Check on progress of services to vehicles throughout the day and contact customers to communicate and receive approval regarding any changes in the cost-estimate, promised time of delivery or recommended services.
  • Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer warranty guidelines.
  • Confirm service appointments by telephone the day before the customer is scheduled to arrive and conduct post-repair follow-up.
  • Inspect vehicles prior to each customer delivery to ensure vehicles services and/or repairs are performed correctly and communicate the results with the customer.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships and drive revenue growth within our service center
  • Maintain high CSI scores

Requirements

  • Prefer 2–3 years of auto dealership Fixed Operations & CDK experience
  • High CSI 
  • Excellent customer service, computer, and communication skills
  • Confidence, persistence, upbeat positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
  • Able to interact in a professional manner
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
