Job Description
Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget
- Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from greeting to vehicle delivery
- Build relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Follow up with customers through phone, email, and CRM systems
- Maintain product knowledge of BMW vehicles, features, and technology
- Work with management and finance teams to finalize vehicle purchases
Requirements
- Automotive sales experience preferred but NOT required
- Sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
