- Answer a large volume of calls and internet requests, schedule/reschedule auto repair/maintenance service appointments, provide excellent customer service, and more.
- Provide information to customers about auto services and promotions
- Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations and customer service excellence.
Requirements
- Good communication, customer service and computer skills
- A good work ethic and positive attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent service
- High school diploma
