As a key member of our shipping and warehouse team, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our products are packaged and shipped accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• As a key member of our shipping and warehouse team, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our products are packaged and shipped accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities include:
• Inventory Management
• You’ll receive, label, and organize incoming parts, making sure everything is accounted for and stored correctly. This includes cycle counts, tracking stock levels, and flagging shortages or overstock situations.
• Shipping & Receiving
• Unloading deliveries, inspecting parts for damage, verifying quantities against invoices, and processing returns or core parts back to vendors are daily responsibilities.
• Order Fulfillment
• Pulling and staging parts for repair orders (ROs) is a big one. You’ll make sure technicians get the right parts quickly, so jobs stay on schedule. Accuracy matters — wrong parts slow everything down.
• Parts Lookup & Cataloging
• Using dealership systems (like CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or manufacturer catalogs) to find correct part numbers, supersessions, and compatibility.
• Warehouse Organization
• Keeping the parts room clean, labeled, and easy to navigate. This includes bin maintenance and reorganizing, and inventory changes.
• Collaboration with Service & Sales Teams
• Working closely with service advisors and technicians to prioritize urgent jobs, special orders, and backorders. Communication is constant.
• Customer Support (Occasionally)
• Some roles involve helping retail or wholesale customers at the counter or over the phone—answering basic parts questions or checking availability.
• Core & Warranty Returns
• Handling returned parts properly—especially cores and warranty items—so the dealership gets credited correctly.

Requirements

• Shipping or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• A positive attitude and good work ethic
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
