Job Description
Approach repair planning with a sense of urgency and detail to avoid waste and rework later in the process. Remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills, using wrenches and cutting torch and more.

Responsibilities
- Approach repair planning with a sense of urgency and detail to avoid waste and rework later in the process
- Position dolly block against surface of dented area and beat opposite surface to remove dents, using hammer
- Remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills, using wrenches and cutting torch
- Bolt or weld replacement parts in position, using wrenches or welding equipment
- Straighten vehicle unibody using electronic frame measuring system
- File, grind and sand repaired surfaces, using power tools and hand tools
- Utilize all required safety equipment
- Keep personal work area organized
- Participate in safety meetings
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Collision Technician experience is required
- I-Car certified preferred
- Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to work in a high-performance, fast-paced team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills required
- Must be focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Must have a high energy level, great organizational skills, good product knowledge and be persistent in achieving great results
- Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, have good vision, be able to lift up to 50lbs., and have the ability to walk long distances
- Valid state driver's license
