Job Description
Greet customers and assessing their service needs; provide accurate estimates for repairs and services; schedule appointments and follow up with customers regarding their vehicle status.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assessing their service needs.
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers regarding their vehicle status.
- Maintain communication with technicians to ensure timely service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the service process.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service experience.
Requirements
- Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
- Experience as an Assistant Service Advisor, Express Service Advisor / Service Writer, Warranty Administrator, Parts Counter, Automotive Technician, Shop Foreman, BDC Service Representative, or Automotive Sales Consultant is highly transferable
- Experience with luxury, European or import brands is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
