Responsibilities
- Manage wholesale auto parts sales to independent repair shops, body shops, and fleet customers
- Handle parts ordering, inventory management, invoicing, and customer communications
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person for wholesale parts clients
- Use OEM parts catalogs and dealership systems to ensure accurate parts lookups
- Coordinate parts deliveries and maintain timely order fulfillment
- Support the Parts Manager with sales growth strategies and wholesale initiatives
- Stay current on OEM parts, aftermarket parts, and pricing trends
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements
- Automotive Parts Sales experience preferred (Wholesale Auto Parts Sales, Parts Counter Sales, Dealership Parts Department, Fleet Parts Sales or Body Shop Parts Supply backgrounds)
- Knowledge of auto parts terminology, ordering systems, and inventory control
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Basic computer proficiency, including parts catalog software
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
