Responsibilities
- Connect customers with the right trucks and leasing solutions
- Develop strong connections with customers across the Tri-State area and New Jersey territory, delivering top-notch service and solutions that meet their unique needs
- Stay current with our wide product line and industry trends, becoming a trusted advisor for your clients
- Work closely with our finance, service, and leasing departments to provide a seamless customer experience
Requirements
- Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales goals
- Strong knowledge of trucks, specs, and fleet solutions (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a proactive work ethic
- The ability to work well with others
- Professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
