Myers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking to hire a proactive and detail-oriented Office Clerk / Trainee to assist the Office Manager with various administrative tasks, process paperwork to establish or transfer the ownership of a vehicle, posting deals, and more! Previous dealership experience is a plus but not required. We will train motivated candidates with relevant admin experience. Provide administrative support to the Office Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, posting deals, filing, and organizing meetings and more.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Office Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, posting deals, filing, and organizing meetings
  • Assist in maintaining office procedures and policies to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards
  • Prepare title and registration documents
  • Prepare out-of-state title work and submit to a third-party agency as necessary
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries from customers, vendors, and team members
  • Maintain accurate records and files, including invoices, purchase orders, and other essential documents
  • Assist in inventory management, including ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in an administrative role
  • Dealership, Titling or DMV experience is a plus!
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
