Responsibilities
Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, greet customers, answer questions, offer additional services, follow vehicle from service bay entry to completion, ensure customers are satisfied and more. Provide a completely satisfied customer experience Maintain high CSI (customer satisfaction index) score
Requirements
Automotive Service Advisor and Dealership experience Automotive operational knowledge Excellent customer service and communication skills A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance Energetic, pleasant and conscientious with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Computer proficient on relevant platforms Valid driver's license and good driving record High school diploma or equivalent
