Responsibilities
- Process vehicle title and registration paperwork, ensuring compliance with state regulations, verify ownership documents, manage stock levels, track inventory, ensure products are accurately recorded and stored, and more.
- Process registration for new and used vehicles
- Prepare auto tax and title documents
- Submit legal transfer documents to the DMV
- Verify funds and ensure paperwork accuracy
- Prepare payoff checks and manage dealer trades
- Track inventory levels and update records
- Manage orders from suppliers
- Perform other duties as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of auto dealership Title Clerk / Inventory Specialist experience is preferred
- Knowledge of vehicle registration laws and inventory management
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong attention to details
- Good computer, communication, and customer service skills
- A professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
