As we expand, we’re seeking a motivated Automotive Finance Manager to join our leadership team and help shape the future of our F&I operations. Responsibilities

  • Present finance and insurance products to every customer with professionalism and clarity
  • Structure deals for maximum customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
  • Ensure 100% compliance with all lender guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain strong relationships with lenders to secure the best possible terms
  • Collaborate with sales managers and consultants to support front-end success
  • Track deal progress and follow up on funding and contracts-in-transit

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive F&I
  • Strong knowledge of lending programs, credit applications, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and closing skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while delivering top-tier service
  • A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
