Responsibilities
- Present finance and insurance products to every customer with professionalism and clarity
- Structure deals for maximum customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
- Ensure 100% compliance with all lender guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders to secure the best possible terms
- Collaborate with sales managers and consultants to support front-end success
- Track deal progress and follow up on funding and contracts-in-transit
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive F&I
- Strong knowledge of lending programs, credit applications, and compliance
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while delivering top-tier service
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
