Assist service technicians and retail customers with accurate parts orders Deliver excellent customer service at the counter, by phone, and online and more.

Responsibilities
- Assist service technicians and retail customers with accurate parts orders
- Deliver excellent customer service at the counter, by phone, and online
- Maintain accurate inventory and ensure timely parts availability
- Process warranty claims and returns efficiently
- Work closely with service advisors and the parts manager to support department operations
Requirements
- Retail parts experience required (Automotive preferred; RV, Powersports, Marine, or related industry experience welcome)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage inventory and handle multiple requests efficiently
- Basic computer skills for parts ordering systems and inventory management
- Valid driver’s license and good record
- Applicants must pass pre-employment screening
