Responsibilities
- Help customers find their perfect vehicle and deliver a top-notch experience
- Engage and build rapport with customers both online and in person
- Conduct test drives and showcase Subaru’s award-winning features
- Guide buyers through our simple, customer-friendly purchase process
- Follow up with customers to build lasting relationships and drive referrals
Requirements
- Sales experience in any industry is a plus
- Energetic, outgoing and motivated to succeed with good customer service, communication, and computer skills
- A positive, upbeat attitude and good work ethic
- Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
