Job Description
Perform basic and routine accounting functions related to stocking in vehicles Assist in processing car deals including dealer trades Process contracts and related vehicle sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Process vehicle tag and title paperwork to establish or transfer ownership for all retail, fleet, and wholesale transactions

Responsibilities
- Perform basic and routine accounting functions related to stocking in vehicles
- Assist in processing car deals including dealer trades
- Process contracts and related vehicle sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Process vehicle tag and title paperwork to establish or transfer ownership for all retail, fleet, and wholesale transactions
- Maintain accounting schedules, make journal entry adjustments as needed
- Prepare title documents
- Submit all legal transfer work to the county clerk
- Compile and maintain a complete list of all outstanding title work
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous Office, Administrative, Clerical, and/or Titling experience preferred but not required
- Dealership experience is a plus!
- An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who is motivated to succeed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
