Porter / Loaner Representative / Driver

We are looking for an energetic 'people-person' who has good customer service skills, can multi-task, and is motivated to succeed in a fun, fast-paced environment. Previous vehicle rental experience is a plus.

Greet customers and assist the Service Advisors Perform car rental duties when necessary Provide exceptional service and ensure a premium experience for every customer Keep the service lane clear and clean

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist the Service Advisors
• Perform car rental duties when necessary
• Provide exceptional service and ensure a premium experience for every customer
• Keep the service lane clear and clean
• Shuttle customers to nearby locations when necessary
• Test drive cars (clean driving record is a must)
• Run parts to Technicians from the parts department
• Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Friendly and courteous with excellent customer care skills, including the ability to resolve customer related issues in a professional manner
• Previous car rental or insurance replacement experience is preferred
• Valid Driver's license
• Strong computer skills
• Flexible schedule
• Willingness to work Saturdays
