Job Description

Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service costs and options, offer 'specials', and schedule service appointments.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service costs and options, offer 'specials', and schedule service appointments.
• Greet customers, answer questions and offer additional services
• Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work, review work order with customer, and ensure their satisfaction
• Maintain high CSI score
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Auto Service Advisor or Technician experience is preferred
• Bilingual English / Spanish Preferred
• Basic automotive mechanical operational knowledge is helpful
• Good computer, customer service, and communication skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• A positive attitude and good work ethic
• Professional appearance
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
