Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the right pre-owned vehicle with a no haggle, high-trust experience to fit their needs and budget
- Use modern tools to present vehicles, structure deals, and keep guests informed
- Build relationships through strong product knowledge, active listening, and follow-up
- Guide buyers through the entire sales process from test drive to final paperwork
- Stay up to date on inventory, pricing, promotions, and financing options
- Deliver a high-level customer experience that creates referrals and repeat business
Requirements
- People-first mindset with clear, professional communication
- Previous Sales experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Retail, Marketing, or other related dealership industry is a plus (but not required)
- Used / Pre-owned Car Sales experience is a huge plus!
- Automotive enthusiast is a plus!
- An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who is motivated to succeed
- A positive, upbeat attitude and good work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
