Paulding Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram's Collision Center is I-CAR Gold Class Certified meeting the highest standards for quality, courtesy, and professionalism. We are seeking an experienced Collision Center Manager to oversee the daily operations, collision repairs, manage employees, and more, to ensure our shop runs smoothly and provides exceptional service to our customers. Qualified applicants will have 2+ years of Collision Center Manager experience with proper certifications, a proven track record, and proven relationships with insurers. We currently have a new Benchrack 6300 collision repair system that comes with the Car-o-tronic Vision2 x3 computer system and a CMI300 Trio: Pulse Boost Mig Welder, Aluminum workstation with curtain. We have a PNP90XT2 10-ton rivet gun and are certified with FCA(MOPAR), Kia, Hyundai, and Infiniti.   Why work for us? Responsibilities

  • Oversee Collision Center's daily operations, collision repairs, manage employees, and more, to ensure our shop runs smoothly and provides exceptional service to our customers.
  • Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting teamwork.
  • Oversee scheduling and workflow to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed, inventory levels, and sales transactions.
  • Implement marketing strategies to promote services and drive sales, including upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Collision Center Manager experience with proper certifications, a proven track record, and proven relationships with insurers.
  • Proficient in auto collision repair estimating and collision related mechanical repairs.
  • Experience with oil changes, tire service, shocks struts, and suspension systems.
  • Knowledgeable with air brake systems and general automotive repair techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and staff.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
