Job Description

Guide customers through the auto body collision repair process including answer questions, schedule repairs, generate repair orders, communicate with insurance companies, ensure customers are satisfied, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the auto body collision repair process including answer questions, schedule repairs, generate repair orders, communicate with insurance companies, ensure customers are satisfied, and more.
  • Be the customer's primary point of contact throughout the repair process
  • Open and maintain accurate repair orders using CCC One software
  • Coordinate repairs with estimators, technicians and insurance companies
  • Assist with insurance documentation and claim communication
  • Solve problems
  • Review invoices with customers
  • Provide collision center administrative support
  • Maintain high CSI

Requirements

  • Collision center or auto dealership experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, attention to details
  • Proficient with computers 
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Able to solve customer complaints
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoys working in a team environment
