Job Description
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and high-voltage vehicle systems to manufacturer standards Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, etc.)

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and high-voltage vehicle systems to manufacturer standards
- Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, etc.)
- Accurately document all work performed, including parts and labor
- Communicate repair needs and timelines clearly with Service Advisors and customers
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment safely while maintaining a clean, compliant workspace
- Stay current on Porsche systems, new technologies, and repair methods through ongoing training
Requirements
- 2+ years of automotive technician experience required
- Experience with Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, or Volkswagen highly valued
- Porsche Gold Master or Classic Certification is a major plus
- Proficiency with PIWIS, PET2, Hunter alignment equipment preferred
- Familiarity with CDK, myKaarma, or other DMS platforms a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with a detail- and results-driven mindset
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
