Responsibilities
- Perform auto maintenance and minor repairs, change oil, fluids, tires, filters, lubricate parts, and more.
- Inspect fluid levels in steering gears, power steering reservoirs, transmissions, differentials, rear axle housings and shackles
- Drain and replace oil and air filters and lubricate moving parts
- Add water to radiator and battery
- Service universal joints, grease fittings and steering knuckles using hand or compressed-air powered grease guns
- Rotate tires, tire alignment and more
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, safety standards and codes of conduct
Requirements
- Must have your own tools. Lube tech experience and/or familiar with automotive repair/maintenance and/or trade school
- Prior experience as an automotive technician’s helper or apprentice preferred
- Valid driver license and good driving record
- A positive attitude, good work ethic and attention to detail
- Good customer service and communications skills
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and information
