Revel 42 Golf Carts & Powersports in Garner, NC is HIRING NOW and looking for experienced and motivated Service Advisors to join our winning team! As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the connection between our customers and our service department—welcoming guests, understanding their vehicle concerns, and guiding them through the service process from start to finish. You’ll use your knowledge of powersports vehicles and your strong communication skills to explain service needs, provide accurate estimates, and ensure each customer feels informed and supported. Your role is essential in keeping our service operations running smoothly while delivering a professional and positive experience every time. Job Description

Greet customers, assess service needs, and provide estimates for service and repairs based on technician recommendations Upsell services, advise on necessary repairs/maintenance, and follow up with customers on service status and completion

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, assess service needs, and provide estimates for service and repairs based on technician recommendations
  • Upsell services, advise on necessary repairs/maintenance, and follow up with customers on service status and completion
  • Schedule service appointments, coordinate work for technicians, and manage pickups and deliveries for customers
  • Handle customer complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions
  • Maintain knowledge of service offerings for golf carts, ATVs, UTVs, scooters, e-bikes, and related equipment
  • Coordinate parts ordering, ensure timely arrival for scheduled work, and assist with warranty claims and post-service follow-up
  • Run weekly/monthly reports in dealer management software and maintain accurate service records
  • Work closely with parts and service departments to streamline operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within powersports, automotive, or small engine industry preferred
  • Strong understanding of golf carts, ATVs/UTVs, scooters, e-bikes, and mechanical/electrical systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, both in person and over the phone
  • Proficient in Windows-based computers and Microsoft Excel/Word
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school background is a plus
