Our High-Volume Service Department needs to hire Quick Lane Lube Technicians to change auto oil, fluids, tires, perform basic auto maintenance and minor repairs. WE HELP OUR TECHS LEARN NEW SKILLS to increase their pay and advance their career! We appreciate our employees and invest in their success! We welcome Technicians from other brands and Industries such as: Firestone, Valvoline, Pep Boys, Jiffy Lube, Midas, etc.

Job Description

Perform basic auto maintenance and minor repairs, tire rotation (or repair), balance, and alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic auto maintenance and minor repairs
  • Tire rotation (or repair), balance and alignment
  • Brake service, resurface rotors
  • Cooling system service
  • Flush fluid systems, oil changes, etc.
  • Provide labor and time estimates for additional repairs
  • Learn new skills and attend training sessions
  • Keep shop area neat and clean and account for tools
  • Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

  • Automotive Maintenance experience is preferred OR recent completion of automotive tech/trade school
  • Basic automotive repair knowledge preferred
  • Must be able to work in a team setting and take direction
  • Energetic with a good work ethic and positive attitude
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
