Assist Parts Manager with overseeing and managing a profitable and efficient Parts Department Train and manage staff Establish pricing to generate profits

Responsibilities

  • Assist Parts Manager with overseeing and managing a profitable and efficient Parts Department
  • Train and manage staff
  • Establish pricing to generate profits
  • Maintain correct parts inventory 
  • Review sales, costs, and inventory monthly
  • Assist customers in purchasing parts and accessories
  • Order parts and stock items into inventory 
  • Obtain parts for repair technicians
  • Maintain a clean and organized department
  • Maintain high CSI
  • Other tasks may be assigned

Requirements

  • Auto parts experience is preferred
  • Good customer service, communication, and computer skills are required
  • Good work ethic and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
