Job Description

Oversee daily service operations at two dealership locations In Lafayette, IN Lead and coach service advisors and technicians Monitor KPIs and financial performance (CP sales, gross profit, ELR, CSI, hours per RO)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily service operations at two dealership locations In Lafayette, IN
  • Lead and coach service advisors and technicians
  • Monitor KPIs and financial performance (CP sales, gross profit, ELR, CSI, hours per RO)
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and warranty policies
  • Implement consistent service processes across both stores
  • Recruit, train, and retain top-performing service personnel
  • Work cross-functionally with Parts, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and fixed ops profitability
  • Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of fixed operations or service department management experience
  • Prior experience leading multiple locations or high-volume service departments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Knowledge of DMS platforms (CDK, Tekion, Reynolds & Reynolds, Xtime, etc.)
  • Proven track record of improving service performance and CSI
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between stores
