Responsibilities
- Issue payments to vendors
- Post open items in accounts payable daily
- Compile car deals
- Reconcile statements, prepare deposits
- Maintain purchase orders
- Generate accounting statements and reports
- Provide monthly financial and management reports
- Perform other accounting duties and assist with special projects
Requirements
- Some accounting experience is required
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus
- Pays attention to details
- A good understanding of finance and math concepts
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and have good time management skills
- Must have good communication skills and work ethic
- Professional appearance and reliable attendance
