Job Description
Guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise customers about service options and costs, schedule service, greet customers and answer questions, and offer additional services including special promotions.

Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise customers about service options and costs, schedule service, greet customers and answer questions, and offer additional services including special promotions.
- Follow status of customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work and ensure customers are satisfied.
- Maintain high CSI scores
Requirements
- Required: Experienced Automotive Service Writer, Advisor
- Excellent customer service, computer, sales, and communication skills
- A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
