Sharpnack Ford has an immediate opening for an Assistant Sales Manager / Internet Sales Manager. Our ideal candidates will have proven success as a Sales, Internet or Finance Manager in a dealership setting and a stable work history. You will be managing not only sales of new and used Ford inventory, but also sales of vehicles from our Chevrolet Buick store and our Credit center. Hire, train, and assist the sales and internet teams Lead, motivate, and coach to achieve revenue targets Monitor/manage progress and performance Engage with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat business

Responsibilities

Hire, train, and assist the sales and internet teams Lead, motivate, and coach to achieve revenue targets Monitor/manage progress and performance Engage with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat business Train Sales consultants in presenting products in a knowledgeable and professional way, and getting commitments from customers to close deals on shown appointments Manage own pipeline of customers creating appointments from opportunities Check e-mail frequently and respond to inquiries immediately. Help manage all aspects of the sales department and inventory lot Create an annual forecast and budget for the new car department Understand dealership operations including all aspects of sales and finance

Requirements

Automotive Sales, Internet Sales or Finance Management experience preferred An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who is motivated to succeed Good customer service, communication, and computer skills Valid driver's license with a good driving record Please upload your resume and complete the online assessment Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident. Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
