Sharpnack Chevrolet Buick Ford is looking for a driven, knowledgeable, and self-starting Fleet Manager to take the lead in selling Chevrolet and Ford light-duty commercial upfits — and help launch a new Fleet & Commercial Division within our growing Auto Group. This is more than a sales role — it’s a leadership opportunity for someone with vision, initiative, and deep industry knowledge, ready to help shape our commercial strategy from the ground up. You’ll work closely with upfitters, assist in ordering smart inventory, and become a trusted resource for our business customers across the region. Why Work for Us? Job Description
Manage and grow fleet/commercial sales of light-duty Chevrolet and Ford vehicles Work with established regional upfit companies to source, spec, and deliver the right builds and more.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow fleet/commercial sales of light-duty Chevrolet and Ford vehicles
- Work with established regional upfit companies to source, spec, and deliver the right builds
- Provide expert input on ordering decisions, including chassis cabs and popular upfit combinations
- Meet with key decision-makers at small, mid-size, and large companies
- Help lead the launch of our Fleet & Commercial Division and shape our commercial offering
- Operate independently in a primarily on-the-road role, representing our brand professionally and proactively
Requirements
- Solid experience in fleet or commercial vehicle management/sales
- Strong understanding of cargo van and chassis cab configurations, upfit options, and industry best-sellers
- A self-driven approach with a track record of working effectively with little supervision
- Existing relationships with major upfit companies are highly preferred
- Strategic thinking and organizational skills — you know how to take initiative and drive results
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
