You will be managing sales of vehicles from our Chevrolet Buick store. Job Description
Hire, train, and assist the internet team Lead, motivate, and coach to achieve revenue targets Monitor/manage progress and performance Engage with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat business and more.

Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and assist the internet team
- Lead, motivate, and coach to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor/manage progress and performance
- Engage with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat business
- Train Internet Representatives in presenting products in a knowledgeable and professional way, and getting commitments from customers to close deals on shown appointments
- Manage own pipeline of customers creating appointments from opportunities
- Check e-mail frequently and respond to inquiries immediately.
- Help manage all aspects of the internet department
- Understand dealership operations including all aspects of sales and finance
Requirements
- Automotive Sales, Internet Sales or Finance Management experience preferred
- An energetic and outgoing 'people’ person who is motivated to succeed
- Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
