Responsibilities
- Guide customers through motorcycle repair/maintenance process, advise on service options and costs, offer 'specials', sell parts, accessories & installation, schedule service appointments, follow bike from service bay entry to completion, quality control bike, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements
- Service Advisor/Writer experience is a plus but not required
- Good communication, customer service, computer and sales skills
- Driver's License and good driving record is required
- Ability to push, move and/or ride an 800 lb. motorcycle is required
- Ability to drive a truck with a trailer is a plus
- A motorcycle endorsement is preferred but not required. We will help you obtain a motorcycle endorsement.
- Energetic and dependable with a good work ethic
