Job Intro

Sparks Toyota needs to hire an experienced PARTS and SERVICE DIRECTOR to oversee all activities of an efficient and profitable Parts and Service Dept. We are seeking a coach, mentor style of leader, who understands that parts and service personnel are responsible for the customer experience, and that happy employees are central to happy customers. Oversee all activities of the Parts and Service Departments including monitoring customer service, finances, parts and accessories inventory, and hiring, training, and scheduling employees. Ensure customer's needs are met

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all activities of the Parts and Service Departments including monitoring customer service, finances, parts and accessories inventory, and hiring, training, and scheduling employees.
  • Ensure customer's needs are met
  • Focus on business growth, profitability, and employee satisfaction

Requirements

  • Automotive Parts and Service Department management experience from a large, busy Auto Dealership, is preferred
  • Understanding of Auto Parts and Service Department financial analysis
  • Team builder with strong motivational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding customer service and employee retention skills
  • A belief that every customer is important
  • Very organized with exceptional time management skills
  • Performance oriented with a continuous desire to improve
  • Proven CSI – show us
  • Great references are a must!
