Sparks Toyota is looking to hire an Accounting Assistant for our busy dealership. You must be able to do basic accounting functions. Dealership accounting experience is a plus. The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the Administration of Dealership accounting functions. We value our employees and invest in their success. Job Description
Billing all new and used sales into the accounting system and processing sales commissions.

Responsibilities
- Billing all new and used sales into the accounting system.
- Processing sales commissions.
- Processing lien payoff checks.
- Reconciling vehicle inventory schedules.
- Processing Dealer Trades.
- Processing warranty/insurance cancellations.
- Providing administrative support to Controller and HR Manager as needed.
Requirements
- Previous Automotive Accounting Experience is required!
- Knowledge of CDK (formerly ADP) required.
- Must be honest, people-oriented, organized and able to handle high volume.
- Must be a good team-player
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, and able to maintain a professional image and demeanor
- Computer proficiency required - (Internet, MS Outlook, Excel)
- Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
