Job Description
Proactively engage service customers about upgrading their current vehicle Identify equity opportunities using dealership tools and CRM Educate customers on available incentives, trade-in values, and new vehicle options and more.

Responsibilities
- Proactively engage service customers about upgrading their current vehicle
- Identify equity opportunities using dealership tools and CRM
- Educate customers on available incentives, trade-in values, and new vehicle options
- Schedule appointments for the Sales Team and follow up on leads
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and program performance
- Collaborate with Service Advisors and Sales Managers to maximize conversions
- Deliver a friendly, professional experience that reflects Sparks Toyota’s reputation
Requirements
- Prior dealership, BDC, or sales experience is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confidence initiating conversations with service customers
- Ability to learn dealership systems and follow structured processes
- Positive, energetic personality with a team-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
