Our Business Development Center (BDC) is growing and seeking enthusiastic and tech savvy Business Development Representatives (BDR) to call and assist customers with their online shopping experience, schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with the sales team, and more. Job Description
The Business Development Center is responsible for calling and assisting customers with their online shopping expierience for 7 Tameron locations. Provide excellent customer service and assist customers shopping online and over the phone. Generate and schedule appointments to meet with sales personnel in the dealership.

Responsibilities
- The Business Development Center is responsible for calling and assisting customers with their online shopping expierience for 7 Tameron locations.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers shopping online and over the phone.
- Generate and schedule appointments to meet with sales personnel in the dealership.
- Manage incoming phone calls, internet inquiries, and chat responses via lead CRM platform.
- Communicate closely with customers via phone, email, and text to provide best customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to learn new techniques and best practices in the industry.
Requirements
- Must be able to work Saturdays and weekdays between the hours of 8:30am-7pm
- Positive Attitude and Upbeat Personality a MUST!
- Looking for a self starter with motivation to succeed!
