Assist customers shopping for vehicles online and over the phone, schedule appointments for customers to meet with the dealership's sales team, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers shopping for vehicles online and over the phone for 7 Tameron locations!
  • Schedule appointments for online customers to meet with the dealership's sales team.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, internet inquiries, and chat responses via lead CRM platform.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and text and provide a great customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to learn new techniques and best practices in the industry.

Requirements

  • Energetic, persuasive, and motivated to succeed with great communication and customer service skills.
  • A positive attitude and upbeat personality!
  • Must be able to multitask
  • An ambitious spirit with a willingness to learn!
  • Excellent time-management skills - including the ability to manage your own schedule.
  • Must be able to work Saturdays and weekdays between the hours of 8:30am - 7:00pm
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Applicants must pass pre-employment background checks and drug test
