Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, offer special promotions, and schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work
- Follow vehicle status from service bay entry to completion and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty, and excellent customer service skills
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements
- MUST HAVE Auto Service Advisor EXPERIENCE!!
- General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is preferred
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus!
- Good computer, customer service and communication skills
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
