Responsibilities
- Greet customers and guide them through the repair and maintenance process
- Explain service options, pricing, and timelines
- Recommend additional service based on vehicle condition and factory guidelines
- Monitor repair progress and communicate updates to customers
- Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction from start to finish
- Schedule service, maintenance, and recall appointments
- Maintain accurate records and follow dealership procedures
Requirements
- Automotive Service Advisor experience is required
- Familiarity with vehicle mechanical systems preferred
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Positive, professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
