Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
- Greet customers warmly and direct them to the right department or team member
- Provide general administrative support for the Service Department
- Maintain accurate customer records and appointment schedules
- Help create a welcoming, efficient office environment for both customers and staff
Requirements
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy office setting
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
- Comfortable using phones, computers, and scheduling systems
- Valid Driver's License
