Toyota of Bristol is looking for a detail-oriented, dependable General Accounting Clerk with experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Process incoming invoices and outgoing payments Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate records of receivables and payables

Responsibilities
- Process incoming invoices and outgoing payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of receivables and payables
- Assist with daily cash receipts and bank deposits
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper)
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed
Requirements
- Prior Accounts Payable/Receivable experience required
- Automotive dealership accounting experience is preferred (but not required)
- Familiarity with DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds, etc.) is helpful
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
