Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the dealership and guide them through the sales process
• Identify customer needs and match them to appropriate vehicle options
• Present features, benefits, pricing, and available incentives
• Coordinate test drives and follow up with prospective buyers
• Build lasting relationships and a loyal customer base
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and market trends

Requirements

• Prior automotive sales experience is a plus but not required. We train the right candidates for the exciting field of auto sales! If you have sales experience in other industries, you can succeed with the professional training and management we provide
• Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, or real estate translate well
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to earn and grow
• Maintain professional business attire and appearance
• Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record
