Help customers select and purchase a Motorcycle that meets their needs Explain and demonstrate features on test drives

Responsibilities

  • Help customers select and purchase a Motorcycle that meets their needs
  • Explain and demonstrate features on test drives
  • Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Prospect to generate a stream of new customers
  • Ensure every customer has a premium buying experience

Requirements

  • Highly motivated, and experience in the motorcycle or auto industry is preferred.
  • Motorcycle endorsement and understanding of the Harley-Davidson culture preferred – we will help you to earn your motorcycle endorsement.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus!
  • Great work ethic and career commitment
  • Be self-motivated, positive, driven, and helpful.
  • Professional appearance and work ethics.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule: including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Quality guest relations, both in person and over the phone.
  • Be able to follow a structured sales process on value-based selling.
  • Basic skills and knowledge of social media use.
  • Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
