Job Description

Perform accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Volvo and other makes/models Complete multi-point inspections and provide professional service recommendations and more.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Volvo and other makes/models
• Complete multi-point inspections and provide professional service recommendations
• Maintain high-quality repair standards to reduce comebacks and maximize customer satisfaction
• Follow all manufacturer repair guidelines and dealership procedures
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and clients regarding complex diagnoses
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Stay current on Volvo training, certifications, and ongoing service updates
• Document all repairs and services performed with detailed, accurate record keeping

Requirements

• 5+ years of Automotive Technician experience OR Volvo Certification required
• Willingness to obtain Volvo certification if not already certified
• European or luxury brand experience strongly preferred
• EV / Hybrid experience is a strong plus
• Own professional tools required
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities
• Ability to perform repairs with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to quality service
• ASE Certifications preferred
