Responsibilities
Hire, train, and assist the sales team in closing deals Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve revenue targets Monitor/manage the sales team's progress and performance Engage with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat business Help manage all aspects of the sales department and inventory lot Create an annual forecast and budget for the new car department Understand dealership operations including all aspects of sales and finance
Requirements
Automotive Sales or Finance Management experience required An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who is motivated to succeed Good customer service, communication, and computer skills Valid driver's license with a good driving record Please upload your resume and complete the online assessment Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident. Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
