Responsibilities

• Explain features, advantages, and benefits regarding the best options suited for our clients
• Maintain high Client Satisfaction Index scores #1
• Engage in business development and must be a team player as we strive for referrals and repeat business
• Meet dealership sales goals
• You will be proficient in structuring deals for maximum profitability, making credit decisions and effectively closing deals.
• Process loan, tag and title, and miscellaneous documents efficiently
• Maintain great lender relationships
• Clearly explain all aspects of a clients’ purchase ensuring 100% satisfaction
• Professional Client Service

Requirements

• The ideal candidate MUST demonstrate a stable work history with a proven track record in Finance.
• NC Notary
• Be an outstanding leader, fully versed in leasing and special finance.
• Must be experienced in state law requirements including registrations, tag, tax, and title paperwork.
• Must exhibit a professional appearance, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license.
