Responsibilities
- Hire, train and manage your team
- Write body shop damage estimates
- Manage Direct Repair Programs for all insurance companies
- Complete billing and other shop related activities.
- Interact with customers, insurance companies, collision estimators, service advisors, technicians, etc.
Requirements
- Experience in managing a collision center
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, employees and insurance companies
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality with the ability to build a strong team environment.
- Knowledge of new vehicle repair technologies
- ICAR Certification (preferred)
- Solid understanding of estimating process and system
- Proficient computer skills in CCC and other management technologies
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Must have a stable and verifiable work history.
