Responsibilities
- General building and grounds maintenance
- Lawn cutting and trimming
- Watering where necessary
- Maintaining gardens and lawns, including planting, fertilizing, weeding, soil conditioning, mulching
- Operating and maintaining garden and landscaping equipment
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements
- Experience is a plus!
- Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods of time in all types of weather
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Good work ethic and attitude
- Good communication and customer service skills
