Job Description
Maintaining gardens and lawns, including planting, fertilizing, weeding, soil conditioning, mulching Operating and maintaining lawn and gardening equipment

Responsibilities
- Lead and guide the Maintenance team to complete all tasks given.
- Metal recycling
- Lawn cutting and trimming
- Snow removal
- Maintaining gardens and lawns, including planting, fertilizing, weeding, soil conditioning, mulching
- Operating and maintaining lawn and gardening equipment
- Other Duties may be assigned
Requirements
- Management experience is a plus but not required
- Valid driver’s license and good drivers license a must
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Good work ethic and attitude
- Good Communication and motivation skills.
